Terms of Service

By installing or using Changebell (“Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. The Service

Changebell publishes changelog entries on your behalf using data from your monday.com account. You retain ownership of all content you publish.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, distributes malware, or harasses others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through monday.com using their seat-based marketplace billing. Refunds, plan changes, and cancellations are handled through your monday.com admin console.

4. Availability

We strive for high availability but provide the Service “as is” without any warranty of uninterrupted operation. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the trailing 12 months.

5. Data

Your privacy and data rights are described in our Privacy Policy. We delete data within 10 days of uninstall.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice via email or the app interface. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
